Youth & Skills Funding in Swansea
How we fund the youth employment, training, and creative skills programmes that sit at the heart of TIFA Life CIC's mission.
TIFA Life CIC supports young people — including care leavers and unaccompanied asylum-seeking young people — into employment, training, and real-world skills. Studio Café Swansea is the flagship setting where that work happens: a real working café, venue, and hostel where young people get paid roles, mentoring, and creative opportunities.

We run paid employment pathways for care-experienced young people and those moving towards independence.
